British Gas Business does not offer an 0800 freephone number for business customers. All contact numbers for billing, metering or contract enquiries are standard-rate numbers listed on your bill or on the British Gas Business contact page.
You will get a quicker response if you have the following ready:
A British Gas Business account number normally begins with BGB, 60, or 67. This prefix identifies the account as a business supply rather than a domestic one.
