Drax’s flexible energy contract gives high-consumption users (over 2GWh annually) control over their energy purchasing. With flexibility to buy and sell power in response to market changes. There are two options available:
Flex Complete is one of Drax’s flexible tariff plans that fix most third-party costs (TPCs). It allows businesses to focus on energy trading without worrying about non-commodity costs.
Flex Clarity is Drax’s second flexible tariff. On this tariff, businesses will pass through most TPCs, including TNUoS and DUoS charges, and it provides the clearest view of your trading activities.
Fixed Tariffs
Drax’s Fixed tariffs suit medium to lower power consumers using over 30MWh annually who seek budget certainty. These tariffs provide stable energy rates, allowing businesses to lock in prices and protect against market fluctuations. There are 3 options available:
Fixed Complete: Drax’s fixed tariff plan locks in most third-party costs, providing businesses with a stable unit rate for power across the contract, ideal for budget certainty.
Fixed Clarity: This plan fixes the unit rate but passes through most third-party costs, letting businesses benefit from current rates. It is suitable for those who prefer flexibility.
Fixed Threshold: This option fixes third-party costs up to a set threshold, with costs beyond that passed through. It is ideal for businesses seeking budget stability with an annual adjustment.
